The research's problem: The Problem is summarized in the following question:
What is the efficiency range of the educational training programmes
of developing the skill of teamwork forming according to the
views of the male and female principals inside the city of Taif?
The Research's aims:
This research aims to put a list of the required skills for the male and female principals related to the teamwork forming, in addition to identify the skills they gained by joining the educational programmes according to the views of the teachers. The research tries to test the statistical significant differences among the samples according to their educational qualification, experiences, sex, the courses they took, the stages, and the type of education (general, or parallel education). Also, the research is looking for recommendations and suggestions of developing the educational programmes of developing the skills of teamwork formation.
The research's method: the analyzed descriptive method
The research's society: (107) principals and (535) male and female teachers.
The research's tool: The researcher designs two models of questionnaire, the first is to collect the views of the principals, concluded in (53) statements. The second is to collect the views of the teachers, concluded in (28) statements. The models consist of four factors related to the skills of forming the teamwork: The Efficient Communication, the Positive Listening, the managing of disagreement and the Feedback skill.
The statistical methods: The researcher uses the frequencies, arithmetic means, standard deviations, in addition to T- test and variance analysis.
The most important results: The study reaches the following endings :
- There are the required skills for forming the teamwork in the training programmes for a moderated degree according to the male principals' views, and in a high degree according to the views of female principals.
- The female principals practice the forming teamwork skills in a high degree whereas it is medial with the males.
- The male teachers believe that the principals practice the teamwork skills with a medial degree, but the female teachers believe that they use them in a high degree.
- There is no statistical significance among the female and male principals in practicing the teamwork formation skills according to the following variables: Type of education, years of experiences, the educational stages and the number of training courses. But there is a statistical significance between the female and male principles in the side of the females.
The most important recommendations of the research:
- It is very important to train the female and male principals on the administration of the conflicts and disagreement , problem solving, practicing the positive listening by the training programmes taking in consideration the practical skills and not only the theoretical information.
- The variety of methods in training the leaders in the educational centers, and using the new methods meeting their needs, experiences, and their intellectual needs.
- The ministry of educational should take in consideration the importance of preparing the trainers of the educational supervisors and saving them the required professional skills.
- It is very important to follow and use the professional growth records, which is very important to record the developing of the educational employees in their careers.
