I use a Kitchen Aid blender, but if you have a lesser powered blender, then it may take more time to get the creamy texture. Jalapeño Serrano salsa found me a couple years ago when shooting the pilot for Cheap Eats. Throw the seeded (if desired) peppers along with the roasted garlic and cilantro, then with the motor running slowly drizzle in the oil until a creamy sauce develops.
